This is the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board (SMCDSB) online research application. This is to be utilized by anyone wishing to include the SMCDSB community (Students, Parents, Staff) in their research study.
Note: The SMCDSB Research Advisory Committee reviews research applications in October, January, and May. For further information, please contact research@smcdsb.on.ca.
Instructions:
- Complete all sections of the application form. Until you submit your application, this form gives you the option to save and continue working on your application over multiple session.
- Attach all additional information needed to support your request. On page 8 of the application you will have the ability to upload up to 10 files. Each file may be no larger than 50MB. Acceptable file types include: png,gif,jpg,jpeg,doc,xls,ppt,docx,xlsx,pptx,pdf,txt,mov,mp3,mp4,zip,csv
- After you have submitted your application to us, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your submission. It does take a few minutes for this to appear in your inbox. Additionally, this may also end up in your junk / spam folder therefore make sure that you check there as well. In the event that you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact research@smcdsb.on.ca.
